These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and zs555 ("zs555," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at zs555.club and all associated services, products, features, and content offered thereon (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, spinning a slot, or otherwise using any part of the zs555 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the zs555 Platform and close your account.

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

zs555 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Accounts that cannot be verified to the satisfaction of zs555 may be suspended pending verification or permanently closed, with any balance held subject to our verification procedures.

To access the full range of services offered by zs555, you are required to register a personal account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and any other details requested in the registration form.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the zs555 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified, zs555 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets or winnings, and withhold deposits pending investigation.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) transmitted to your registered mobile number. You agree to notify zs555 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. zs555 will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. You must not permit any third party to access or use your zs555 account.

zs555 maintains a native Pakistani Rupee (PKR) cashier. All account balances, deposits, bet amounts, and winnings are denominated in PKR unless otherwise specified for a particular game or market.

zs555 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits that exceed established thresholds or are flagged as unusual by our monitoring systems. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension of your account.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from the zs555 Cashier section of your account. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

1. Identity Verification: You must have completed identity verification (CNIC submission) before your first withdrawal and before any withdrawal exceeding applicable thresholds. Unverified accounts will have withdrawal requests held pending verification completion.
2. Bonus Wagering Requirements: Any active bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement must be fulfilled prior to the withdrawal of funds derived from that bonus. Deposits may be withdrawn at any time regardless of bonus status, subject to the applicable minimum withdrawal amount.
3. Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
4. Processing Time: Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are typically processed within 1–6 hours. Processing times may extend during periods of high demand or where additional checks are required.
5. Payment Method: Withdrawals will be returned to the payment method used for deposit where technically possible. zs555 reserves the right to process withdrawals via an alternative method at its discretion.
6. Anti-Money Laundering: zs555 is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering standards. All withdrawals are subject to AML screening, and zs555 may request additional documentation or delay processing where its AML procedures require it.

zs555 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless specific promotion terms expressly provide otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 18 or over only;
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per shared device, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise;
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement which must be completed before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific promotion terms;
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated therefrom may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full;
• zs555 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a player's eligibility for a bonus where there is evidence of abuse, misuse, or violation of these Terms;
• Winnings derived from free spins are subject to the wagering requirement specified in the applicable promotion terms;
• zs555 reserves the right to withhold or void bonus-related winnings where it determines that a bonus has been claimed or used in breach of these Terms.

Where a conflict exists between specific promotion terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.

All betting and gaming on zs555 is governed by the following general rules. Specific sport, market, and game rules may be published separately and are incorporated into these Terms.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet or game round is only valid when accepted and confirmed by the zs555 system. zs555 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
• Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a system error, software malfunction, or manifest error in the publication of odds, zs555 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. Where a bet has been placed at odds that are clearly erroneous ("palpable error"), zs555 may at its discretion void the bet or re-settle it at the correct price.
• Minimum Bet: The minimum bet amount on zs555 is Rs 100 across most markets and casino games. Specific minimums may apply to individual games or markets as displayed in the betting interface.
• Maximum Payout: Maximum single-bet payouts are subject to limits as displayed within the relevant game or market. zs555 reserves the right to impose additional per-player payout limits at its discretion.
• Result Finality: Once a game round or sporting event has concluded and the result settled on zs555, the outcome is final unless subsequently voided by zs555 in accordance with these Terms. Queries regarding specific results must be submitted within 72 hours of settlement.
• Live Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. Network latency and connection issues are the player's responsibility. zs555 will not be liable for bets not successfully placed due to player connectivity issues.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on zs555 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registration by any person under the age of 18;
• Registration of more than one account by a single individual;
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Depositing funds from a payment method not registered in your own name;
• Use of the Platform in any manner that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or market;
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players;
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities ("bug abuse") for financial gain;
• Bonus abuse — including any systematic strategy of claiming bonuses without genuine sporting or gaming intent;
• Any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the Platform or negatively impacts the experience of other users.

Where zs555 determines, in its sole and reasonable discretion, that any of the above conduct has occurred, it may take any or all of the following actions: immediately suspend or permanently close the account, void any affected bets or winnings, withhold or seize any balance on the account, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the zs555 Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution, or public display of any Platform content without prior written consent from zs555;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Platform;
• Framing, scraping, or data-mining of any Platform content by automated means;
• Use of any zs555 trademark, logo, or brand asset without express written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of zs555 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• zs555 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, as to the availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any content thereon.
• zs555 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.
• zs555 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, force majeure events, or actions of third-party payment processors.
• In any event, zs555's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount standing to the credit of your zs555 account at the time the cause of action arose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

zs555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

These Terms and any dispute arising in connection with the zs555 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and zs555, you agree to first attempt resolution informally by contacting zs555 support in writing, providing a clear description of the dispute and the outcome you seek.

If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of the initial written notification, either party may pursue available legal remedies. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

Where disputes concern the outcome of a specific game or bet, zs555's system records shall be treated as conclusive evidence of the relevant transaction, game result, or account activity in the absence of proven technical error.
